Interstate Power Systems has an opportunity for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to lead and grow our Carrier Refrigeration Transicold business. We have Carrier Refrigeration Transicold locations in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and Montana. We are looking for someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills and excels at building relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous Carrier Refrigeration Sales Management knowledge within the transportation industry. We are looking for someone who takes pride in motivating others to succeed. Requirements include: Proven at building and leading a sales team. Experience with Carrier Refrigeration products highly preferred Sales management experience in the On-Highway Truck and Trailer industry or similar industry required. Confidently present to senior level executives, including fleet owners, partners and internal stakeholders. Proven experience successfully capturing business deals and contracts. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills. Effectively communicate complex information to a diverse audience. Demonstrate financial acumen and expertise in setting and achieving measurable financial targets. Bachelor's Degree in business field or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to travel on a regular basis.
