Robert Half is assisting a premier healthcare organization in their search for a Billing Manager. In this role, you will provide comprehensive supervisory oversight and management of the billing department, ensuring enhanced efficiency and maintaining a healthy revenue cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operations.

• Code and bill for various medical services, optimizing revenue streams.

• Verify eligibility, obtain authorizations/referrals, and ensure compliance.

• Stay updated on regulations and implement necessary changes.

• Identify process improvements for accurate billing and financial health.

• Collaborate with teams to address billing issues and ensure revenue stability.

• Lead strategic initiatives and team meetings to drive organizational goals.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or 5+ years of relevant experience.

• 4+ years of managerial experience.

• Experience in physician office settings preferred.

• Preferred: Master's degree, multi-specialty experience, relevant certifications.
