Salary Range:$17.00 To 17.00 Hourly

Job Summary:
Monitor and maintain control of coating processes to achieve Ironform and customer product requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, improve, and document methods required to wash, pretreat, and coat parts to meet customer specifications, manufacturer quality, and facility system requirements.
- Perform analytical testing including chemical titrations, paint chemistries, coating film builds, and panel testing.
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of methods and technical data in accordance with engineering and quality system requirements.
- Willingness to assist in other areas as needed

Job Qualifications (Required)
- At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
- High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)
- Previous Paint experience
Job Qualifications (Preferred):
- Previous manufacturing experience
Physical Requirements of the Job:
- Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day
- Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment
- Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands
- Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs
- Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)
- Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials
- Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time
- Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends
1st shift: 7AM-3PM, Mon-Fri Overtime during the week and on weekends, as needed
