AGTEXAS Customer Success Specialist in Levelland, Texas

COMPANY PROFILE:

AgTexas Farm Credit Servicesserves and supports approximately 2,600 member/borrowers in areas of lending, insurance sales, appraisal, and/or leasing. Eleven office locations can be found throughout the Association's 43-county trade territory, and the association has an average loan volume of approximately $2.85 billion, with total assets equaling $3.2 billion. The lending portfolio consists of cotton, livestock, dairy, feed grains, real estate, and ag-related business loans. Additionally, the association territory provides diversity in production and mortgage loans as well as commodities financed. Without strong financial backing farmers and ranchers will not survive, and people will not have food to eat or clothes to wear. AgTexas provides reliable credit and crop insurance to our member-owners, so they can feed and clothe the world.

POSITION:

The Customer Success Specialist position is located in Levelland, TX with a salary that is negotiable, depending upon experience. This positionperforms intermediate-level general office support that may be somewhat complex in nature. Must be able to interact with and greet the public.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) or more years of general office/clerical experience and/or customer service experience. General knowledge of accounting/financial systems, office equipment and systems used for the storage and retrieval of business information. The ideal candidate will exhibit a general knowledge of standard records management and file classification practices, insurance, crop insurance and credit life insurance documentation, as well as documentation requirements for title policies, deeds of trust, and collateral. This position requires good oral and written communication, and correspondence skills. Must possess basic skill in Microsoft Office applications. as well as an ability to deliver excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Performs various loan administrative and servicing duties including answering borrower's questions, routing applications, data entry, processing loan payments, monitoring insurance requirements, and reporting.
  • Monitors and maintains records for such programs as budgets, work plans, schedules, and projects; prepares, types, and processes forms such as those needed for office supplies, expense reports, time sheets, and other related forms.
  • Answers incoming calls to department staff, representing department or association in a professional manner; relays messages; transfers calls to appropriate person for assistance; receives and refers visitors and telephone calls; responds to routine requests for information and refers more complex requests to appropriate staff members. Picks up, opens, sorts, and distributes mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Uses computer systems to assist department or association in activities such as preparing reports and budgets. May store/manipulate data through various software programs, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • May coordinate and schedule external and internal meetings, training activities, seminars, etc., through arranging for meeting space, coffee service, and luncheon reservations; makes travel arrangements for department or association staff, including transportation and hotel arrangements, as directed.
  • Operates a variety of standard office equipment, which may include computers, paper shredders, telephones, photocopiers, fax machines and scanners.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Frequent interaction with customers, association departmental staff and management. Occasional interaction with Farm Credit Bank of Texas staff. Occasional interaction with area professionals including accountants, insurance representatives, title compan es, and others who deal with the association in the normal course of business.
