White's Honda Toyota of Lima is looking for a Call Center Coordinator for our growing Service Department.

Responsibilities:
- Calling prospective customers to generously inquire information on their vehicle
- Scheduling Service appointments which leads to dealership growth
- Assisting Service Advisors in developing relationships with customers that will leave a lasting impression
- Updating customer information in our database
Qualifications:
- Upbeat, bubbly personality is required
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- CRM knowledge is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- Must have valid Driver's License
- Must be insurable

Full time position only. Hourly plus commission. Some Saturdays.
