Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a diligent Full Charge Bookkeeper in Littleton, Colorado. This role primarily involves managing the financial records of our clients, performing bank reconciliations, and overseeing cash/credit card reconciliations. You will also be expected to utilize various accounting software systems and Microsoft Office Suites to efficiently carry out your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records for approximately 100 clients

• Execute bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records

• Oversee cash and credit card reconciliations

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and organize data

• Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites for various accounting functions

• Handle both accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Conduct billing functions as required

• Address and resolve any issues related to bank reconciliations

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suites

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

• Ability to manage Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Capable of performing Bank Reconciliations

• Experience with Billing Functions
