Applicant must have a strong work ethic while being production and quality conscious. They must have good organizational, communication, and time management skills.Jointly responsible for whole work process, performing multiple tasks, setting staffing plans and production goals for the current day with other team members. Provides information to other team members during shift overlap to improve overall plant performance.The applicant must be at least 18 years old. Able to lift 15-20 lbs frequently. Able to stand 8 -10 hours/day. Detail oriented and accuracy a must. Must be able to work flexible schedule which could include weekend hours. Computer knowledgeable. Ability to work overtime. Ability to speak, read, and communicate effectively utilizing the English language.
