Superior Maintenance Co. Team Member- Janitorial in Louisville, Kentucky

SUMMARY: clean, dirt and dust free.

$15.00/Hour - Afternoons and Evening Shifts (Monday-Friday)

Responsible for the overall cleaning, sanitation and maintenance of the facilities through debris removal, and keeping areas Call 606-269-3154 to schedule and appointment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: Includes, but not limited to, the following.

  • Ensure safety by using correct safety postings and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when needed.

  • Clean restrooms, (empty trash receptacles, fill dispensers, sweep, mop floors, clean glass, sinks and toilets).

  • Dust mop.

  • Detail restrooms.

  • Clean vents and fixtures in restrooms.

  • Dust and clean entrance door thresholds, frames and edging.

    Perform other similar and related duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Site Manager

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalency preferred not required; one (1) to three (3) months related experience preferred and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common understanding to carry out uninvolved written and oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
