[The BBQ cutter is responsible for the operation of the pits and the meat station as directed. They assist in smoked meat preparation, inventory, receiving, and storage of all food and supply products. The BBQ cutter performs required sanitation and kitchen cleaning to standards. The BBQ cutter focuses on excellent food preparation. Maintains a positive, supportive and cooperative working environment with team members.

Responsibilities and Tasks: 1. Follows company policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member Handbook and Safety Handbook. 2. Strives for accuracy and efficiency when cutting meat orders. Understands that undercutting a guests order is better than over-cutting to prevent a guests perception that our menu is priced too high. 3. Assists in preparation of menu items and foods needed for the shift assigned. 4. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas according to the daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Responsible for the BBQ cutter station and kitchen cleaning. 5. Knows the kitchen and prep areas and follows safety and sanitation policies. 6. Follows group meal food preparation and packing. 7. Follows temperatures and quality checks. 8. Follows sanitation requirements for food handling and storage. 9. Cooperates with the BBQ cashiers to ensure orders are delivered in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. 10. Cooperates with BBQ cashiers when product is returned due to quality, cut or over-cut issues. 11. Reports to work on time and in the correct uniform. 12. Performs other tasks and duties required to successfully and efficiently operate the kitchen as directed by the general manager or AGM.
