** STNA- Resident Care Attendant, Full-Time & Part-Time

**Must work every other weekend

COMPENSATION: $15/ Hr- STNA, $13/ Hr- Non- STNA's**

*                                $1.00 shift differential M-F 6p-6a, S-S 6a-6p*

*                                $2.00 shift differential S-S 6p-6a*

SUMMARY: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

Personal Care/Daily Needs

• Assists residents with personal hygiene: including bathing, grooming, nail care, skin care, shaving, oral care, hair care, dressing; adjusting the care to the resident's needs under the supervision and direction of the nurses.
• Assist residents with toileting
• Assists residents in the dining area during meals; cutting food, opening milk cartons and feeding if necessary
• Routine checks on residents to ensure security and safety

• Answers residents call lights and pages

   

Housekeeping

• Provides housekeeping of the resident's rooms; sweeping/vacuuming, dusting, window/mirror cleaning, empties trash
• Assists with facility's and resident's laundry as needed
