Job Title: Senior Electronics Engineer

Join our esteemed team as a Senior Electronics Engineer and contribute to our Land Electronics business, which delivers cutting-edge C4I Network computing, integrated situational awareness, and top-notch embedded diagnostics, vehicle power management, and combat vehicle integration products and services. As an expert with 10 years of electrical engineering experience, you will engage in digital circuit design, mixed-signal interfacing, power supply design, as well as testing, integration, and documentation of finished designs. You will thrive in a dynamic work environment, taking on tasks from concept to completion and enjoying opportunities for innovation and exploration. Your role will include leading technology projects within time and budget constraints, designing and developing sophisticated electronics systems, mentoring other engineers, and engaging with customer specifications to create optimal designs with cost-efficiency in mind.

Hard Skills

• 10 years of experience in high-speed digital design

• Experience with networking and communication interfaces (Ethernet, USB, CAN)

• Knowledge of video display interfaces (LVDS, DisplayPort, HDMI)

• Proficiency with embedded systems including processors, microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs

• Hands-on experience with bench level bring-up tasks, debug, and testing

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Master's preferred

• Track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready designs

• Must be eligible for a DOD Clearance

Work Site

This is a hybrid position in Melbourne, Florida working in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and as needed during hardware testing.

9/80 schedule (every other Friday off) with core hours from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM
