Job Description: Overview: Genie is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Manager for the North American Region. As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth and success of our business in the North American market. This role requires a hands-on, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic marketer who is passionate about bringing creative ideas to life and driving measurable results through continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans and strategies to support business objectives in the North American region. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs, align marketing efforts, and drive demand-generation activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape in the North American region. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events, tradeshows, webinars, digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation activities. Manage and coordinate regional events and tradeshows, including logistics, booth design, collateral creation, staffing, and post-event analysis. Work closely with the global marketing team to localize and adapt marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns specific to the North American market. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and execute marketing programs and initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and ROI to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Provide regular reporting and communication on marketing activities, results, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and make data-driven recommendations. Coordinate quotes, invoice approvals, budget updates, and invoice processing as they relate to specific NA activities. Ensure Genie collateral and North American Genielift.com website are up to date with current product information, with the assistance of the Marketing Operations team. Knowledge and Skills: Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and demand generation tactics, particularly with North American heavy equipment customer segments. Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and events. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong multitasking abilities and a demonstrated self-starter attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Willingness to travel up to 10%. Soft skills including interpersonal communication, stress management, and managing relationships with superiors, colleagues, and subordinates. Strong presentation skills with the ability to command an audience and gain buy-in from senior management.
