The Senior Director of Deposit Products supporting Deposit Pricing, Treasury Management (TM), and Commercial Deposits will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of commercial deposit product management, treasury product management, and deposit pricing across the entire organization. The primary focus of this role will be to achieve deposit balance growth targets, deposit interest expense and Net Interest Margin (NIM) targets, and TM fee growth targets leveraging data, research, advanced analytics, marketing, and technology across various segments. This role will manage a team of product analysts, product managers, and product directors who will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and provide recommendations. Leadership: This position will be responsible for building, leading and developing a high-performing team of product analysts, product managers, and product directors. P&L Management: Responsible for the overall performance of the Commercial Deposit P&L across all segments (Corporate Banking, Government, Commercial Real Estate, Business Banking, Private Wealth) by prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources, monitoring performance, and determining necessary adjustments.
