Northwestern Mutual is seeking a hard working ServiceNow Product leader who will be responsible driving core product innovation as an expert in your field. Use knowledge that is both deep and wide and can be leveraged to build the tools and experiences that empower advisors and help clients achieve those dreams. Work with a talented team of engineers, designers, data scientists and financial experts to define product vision, strategy and deliver experiences that drive business outcomes. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Set Product Vision: Responsible for ServiceNow product vision and appropriate positioning with key stakeholders across the organization with all parts of the ServiceNow platform. Vendor Management: Manage the ServiceNow vendor with their Impact program, licensing discussions, and new platform opportunities. Roadmap Development: Work with all ServiceNow Product Managers to create a shared Roadmap that integrates with NM outcomes and ServiceNow future direction and upgrades. Shared accountability in cross functional strategic roadmaps for other areas of the ServiceNow Platform. Define and track KPIs for measure of success. Gather Requirements: Participate in cross functional work to understand key requirements relative to the accountable product and collaborate with various team members for next steps. Stakeholder Management: Maintain the awareness and ability to articulate the product story to a cross-functional audience that demonstrates the outcomes in the NM environment. Architecture Partnership: Partner with both local and enterprise architects to ensure cohesive future state user visions and experiences that are aligned with a quarterly vision with an understanding of the total design process. Coordinate with ServiceNow vendor to align with their direction. Data & Customer Research: Inform product decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on behavior and experimentation. Feature Prioritization: Support all Product Managers in developing and maintaining multiple prioritized backlogs of user stories for implementation according to business value or ROI. Business Alignment: Ensure all work on the ServiceNow platform is aligned to NMs (Northwestern Mutual) year-over-year objectives where applicable and that there are clear business outcomes used to measure success. Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that may impair the ability to meet strategic, financial, and/or technical goals.
