The General Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and national expansion. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a high-performing team of technicians, drivers, sales professionals, and warehouse staff, contributing to their development and ensuring the alignment of their efforts with Reliable Plus' vision. The General Manager should be results-driven with a passion for people, innovation, and a proven track record for reliable service with excellent results. The General Manager will lead Reliable Plus in delivering on our purpose of making tomorrow a little bit better than today. This position will have a key role on our Senior Leadership Team Formulate and execute a comprehensive business strategy tailored to achieve overarching company goals and objectives within the car wash and automotive servicing business, positioning Reliable Plus as a leader in the industry. Cultivate and expand relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring a sustained and growing customer base that aligns with the company's strategic vision and objectives. Provide visionary and transformative leadership to the team, instilling a culture centered around care for people and a dedicated commitment to focusing on our purpose of making tomorrow a step better than today. Assume accountability for the comprehensive financial management of Reliable Plus Service and Sales, exercising strategic direction and oversight to drive financial success and sustainable growth. Analyze and interpret business fluctuations, leveraging data-driven insights to formulate targeted action plans that enhance operational efficiency and control, driving the organization towards continuous improvement and operational excellence. Strategically identify and evaluate new opportunities for acquisitions, expansions, and integration process. Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and unparalleled customer satisfaction, ensuring that services align seamlessly with the overarching business strategy. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that optimize workflow, aligning with the strategic vision of Reliable Plus. Utilize analytics to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying strategic areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to not only expand market share but also elevate revenue streams, while concurrently building and nurturing robust relation hips with key clients and industry stakeholders. Maintain awareness of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, utilizing this insight to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Assume full responsibility for managing the financial performance of Reliable Plus, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial reporting. Establish and oversee cost control measures, while proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for sustainable revenue growth. Maintain a customer-centric attitude, ensuring reliable service and satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries promptly, and effectively resolving issues to enhance overall service quality. Ensure optimal staffing levels across all departments, recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team aligned with Reliable Plus' values. Demonstrate executive-level accountability for team safety and ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience and/or Training: Carwash industry, automotive servicing equipment industry experience or capital equipment experience is preferred. 15+ years related sales, operations, and leadership experience. Strong understanding of car wash equipment, technology, and services processes. Extensive knowledge of operations, service, supply chain management, and strategic planning Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills. Excellent communication, negation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to analyze, interpret and communicate financial data.
