Role: Hardware Technician

Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in basic engineering principles, testing methodologies, data collection, and technical documentation.

Experience with electronics assembly and rework, including soldering techniques (through-hole and surface mount), component identification and selection, and adherence to IPC standards. Proficiency with the following EE/RF lab equipment:

• Oscilloscopes (use, probes, scales, waveforms)

• Spectrum analyzers (measure power, frequency, emissions)

• Protocol analyzers (decode digital communication protocols)

Software Skills:

• Proficiency in G Suite applications (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation, collaboration, and data analysis.

• Experience with data manipulation and querying from relational databases using a popular SQL language (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with Python programming for scripting and automation tasks.

• Experience using Google Colab for cloud-based Python development is a plus.

• Familiarity with RF technologies, specifically BLE, LTE, and RFID.

• Experience with reliability testing, product qualification and certifications.
