As Head of Kitchen & Bath - Own Brands you will lead a portfolio of three (3) respected Kitchen and Bath Brands, encompassing a well-crafted range of decorative finished plumbing, beautiful decorative hardware, and sophisticated vanities! This senior leadership role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our Kitchen and Bath portfolio.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Reports to Vice President of Own Brand Operating Companies

  • $400M+ in sales, 300+ associates, 3 operating companies, 3-5 direct reports

  • ​Our ideal candidate would be based in Atlanta, GA, Newport News, VA, Charlotte, NC or Cincinnati, OH.

Job duties:

  • P/L and working capital ownership for total brand performance through all channels (internal + external, omni, showroom, builder, wholesale trade, retail, digital)

  • Lead direct and indirect teams in highly cross-functional, matrixed organization setting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Scope including Sales, Marketing, Product Design and Development, Sourcing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Technology, and others.

  • Establish and maintain strong enterprise partner relationships across Customer Group leadership, Category Management, and others.

  • Create and implement 1-3 year strategic and operating plans to achieve higher market share, revenues, and margins that support the strategic and financial goals of the company.

  • Deliver a cohesive industry-leading presentation of portfolio brands to the market.

  • Collaboratively review and solidify brand positioning, product, and channel strategy across the portfolio. Understand and recommend optimal revenue models, distribution approach, pricing strategy, brand and channel marketing requirements, and technology needs.

  • Partner with leadership team to recommend continued evolution of capability and organizational design. Focus on value creation, organizational alignment, and operating leverage. In doing so, maintain appropriate brand equity and differentiation.

  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high expertise and collaboration.

  • Communicate effectively with partners and build strong relationships across the organization.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate or recommend updates to brand strategy as relevant.

  • Inform future acquisition or brand creation approach in alignment with company leadership.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering) and/or 10 – 15 years’ experience in a multi-channel environment. Secondary degree (MBA) or additional certifications preferred.

  • Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and building relationships and expertise with the nation’s largest resellers, wholesalers, showrooms, General Contractors, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Owners.

  • Background preferred in related product areas: Finished and Decorative Goods, Building Products, Furniture, Appliances, etc.

  • Background preferred in multi-channel sales and/or product management

  • Business knowledge of the Design, Architectural, Engineering and Construction industries.

Pay Range:

$17,340.00 - $26,010.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
