Job Brief

A Shipboard General Labor preforms multi tasks including fire watch, driver and cable pulling.

Amee Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a General Laborer – Shipboard to join our Team in Norfolk, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, assisting the various shipboard trades, and other activities in a helping or assisting mode.

• May perform simple repairs on machinery.

• Transports materials, tools, and equipment to and within work sites as required.

Position Requirements:

• US Citizenship.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Base Access.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of one (1) year of marine/maritime related experience.

• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment.

• Ability to work aboard ships which includes frequent climbing, bending, and working in confined spaces.

• Must have a Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

• Must pass drug screening as a condition of employment.
