NY 1498002 Line Cook Broadwell Hospitality Group located in Oswego, NY is seeking a Line Cook to start immediately Responsibilities include

• Set up station with necessary items to produce menu items per checklist
• Requisitions items needed before end of shift
• Checks banquet and prep sheet for functions and functions for that night
• Keeps Chef/Sous Chef aware of problems during shift(86 items, personnel problems, production problems)
• Maintains sanitary kitchen and line conditions and cleans line equipment per posted schedules
• Provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times
• Stay current on all emergency procedures and acts accordingly
• Wears uniform and name at all times in accordance with company standards
• Attend department meetings
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established by company, including but not limited to the Employee Handbook

Education -High School Diploma/GED

Schedule -Full Time

Pay Rate $15 - $17 per hour
