System One Cybersecurity Systems Administrator in Pikesville, Maryland

Cybersecurity Systems Administrator (CrowdStrike) Managed Detection and Response

MD-Crownsville-Hybrid

Must be US Citizen per client

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer CrowdStrike Falcon platform to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

  • Implement and fine-tune CrowdStrike policies, rules, and configurations based on the organization's security requirements.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • 6-8 years of proven experience in a cybersecurity systems administration role. Preferably for a managed security service provider.

    Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Strong expertise in CrowdStrike Falcon administration.

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards.

  • Experience with security incident response and forensic analysis.

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CrowdStrike certifications are a plus.

  • Network security protocols and technologies.

  • Incident response and forensic analysis.

  • Security assessment tools and methodologies.

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
