Day In the Life:

• Cultivate new business prospects from multiple sources

• Generate new and warm leads through targeted outbound calling

• Contact potential clients to discuss acquisition of their merchant processing statement

• Administrative support functions

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 6 months Customer Service Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with appointment setting, sales, or other related fields

• Familiar with Microsoft Office: Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.

• Experience with CRM Software

• Execute numerous outbound calls
