STARTING ASAP!! Need Call Center or Dispatching experience

Job Description:

• Service Dispatchers are responsible for the timely dispatch of Service Requests and Preventative Maintenance Inspections.

• Dispatchers will work directly with technicians, field leaders, and use routing software to build optimized schedules for technicians in specific locations.

• Dispatchers will assist with managing the backlog and providing timely updates on aging or pending requests.

• Dispatchers will take incoming calls from technicians to update schedules and ticket notes.

• Dispatches will monitor regional email boxes to assist technicians, field leaders, and field support with scheduling needs.

• As needed, dispatchers will assist with taking inbound customer calls and create service requests.

Work Environment:

Smaller office setting in Bloomington can also sit in the Plymouth location . Team size of 15, Business Casual. Pay is based on interview and experience!

Shifts:

• (3 Needed) 7:30AM-4PM Mon-Fri (Sat/Sun Off)

• (3 Needed) 9:30AM-6PM Mon-Fri (Sat/Sun Off)

• (1 Needed) 10:30PM-7AM Mon-Fri (Sat/Sun Off)

• (1 Needed) 10:30PM-7AM Wed-Sun (Mon/Tue Off)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Some college Preferred.

• 1-3 years’ work experience

• Type 35 + words a minute

• Must be able to prioritize and multi task
