Buildings & Grounds Technician IIIOur Buildings & Grounds Department located in Queensbury, NY has a Full Time 40-hour Buildings & Grounds Technician III position available. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30 pm which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The range of pay for this position is $19.00-$21.99 per hour. This is an hourly position which includes a floating on-call requirement and overtime per agency needs. This position will provide maintenance that will include plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.Want to be a WWAARC Building & Grounds Technician III and join our Team? Our Building & Grounds Technician III must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC. At least 2 years of experience in buildings or grounds maintenance, preferred. Must have a strong background in at least one of the following areas: plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, basic electrical, building and equipment repair, or grounds maintenance. Physical requirements: Job is a manual labor position, and employee is required to stand, lift, kneel and bend regularly throughout the day, both indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
