QPS Employment Group has a great Production Worker opportunity at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Production Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\ - Responsible for production of machines.\ - Responsible for loading and unloading materials.\ - Assist with moving products with forklift within the plant.\ - Assist with welding tanks/ products.\ - Working/standing at a machine for an entire shift.\ - Use hands, arms, and core body for moving various products.\ - Remove product from machine using hands, arms, and core to push/pull product on production line.\ - Observe machine operation for any defects or malfunctions in products while adjusting machines as needed.\ - After being trained, operate hoist to move raw materials or tanks.\ - Manual handling of raw materials and tanks.\ - Stack finished tanks on pallets for shipment. Inspect finished product.\ - Place materials on/ off lines and palletize.\ - Maintain a safe and clean work environment.\ - Must be able to read forms and understand what product is needed for lines.\ - Operate forklift to load/unload trucks based on the orders.\ - Responsible for making sure the picked orders transferred correctly as requested by supervisor.
