Job Description
Coordinates and tracks hiring requests across teams for contingent worker engagements
Coordinates scheduling of interviews for contingent worker engagements
Manages communication channels for contingent worker engagements requests
Coordinates information gathering from stakeholders to help management make decisions
Prepares status updates and other documentation
Work closely with the Operations Program Manager to unblock contingent workers hiring roadblocks;
tracking escalations

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience working in a similar coordinating role
Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with other team members
Experience using communication tools such as Outlook, Calendar, and Office 365
Ability keep up in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully
under pressure
Experience keeping project documents and document templates up-to-date.
Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of technical staff
Experience with reviewing and presenting reports to management team
Nice to have: Project management tools null
