UTAH BEEF PRODUCERS, LLC Knife Handler/Butcher - Beef Processing Facility Team Member in RICHFIELD, Utah

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform various tasks in beef processing, including butchering, trimming, and packaging meat products.

  2. Adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.

  3. Operate and maintain processing equipment in accordance with company procedures.

  4. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficiency.

  5. Inspect and grade meat products for quality assurance.

  6. Follow standard operating procedures to meet regulatory and company standards.

  7. Assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas to uphold hygiene standards.

  8. Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors.

  9. Lift and handle meat products in compliance with established guidelines.

  10. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry practices.

Requirements:

 

  1. Previous experience in a meat processing environment is preferred.

  2. Knowledge of meat cuts, processing techniques, and industry regulations.

  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
