Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Mortgage Review Specialist for the Production Support team of a large mortgage client in St. Louis, Missouri. This team anticipates a significant increase in workload over the next 4+ months and is seeking a driven individual to assist with the growing demands. The day will begin with reviewing a dashboard that lists loans to be completed in a timely manner. Most of the day will be spent reviewing loans in a software called Encompass, ensuring correct names, addresses, etc., and clearing various conditions before the loan undergoes a final credit check. Additionally, this individual may be involved in operating the VA and FHA systems and communicating with third-party vendors and internal teams. This is a 4-month contract with the possibility of extension and conversion.

Skills and Requirements

Ability to work core hours (8-5 CST) onsite in St. Louis, MO

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience updating Excel files and utilizing the filter function

Previous experience or a relevant degree in Finance, Insurance, Mortgage, or Banking

Ability to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business 2 years mortgage, banking, finance, insurance, refinance, or loan industry

Experience with Encompass software

Experience in a production based role

Google Suite null
