We are searching for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant Business Partner 2 (EABP) to be part of our Development Services and Experiences (DevX) team. The Executive Assistant will support up to 3 Directors, be a strategic thought partner to Systems and Operational Engineering team (SOE), and will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties as well as the San Diego site lead. The ideal candidate is not only self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload, but also possesses a proactive approach - anticipating needs and acting before they arise.
What you'll bring
Proven demonstration of strategic thinking and planning, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and effectively map out solutions ahead of time.
Proven technical savvy with preferred familiarity with the latest advanced digital tools and technology-based strategies which can boost productivity and efficiency.
Minimum of 10 years working at the Executive administrative level, preferably supporting C-Level senior staff members
Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity.
Proven leadership skills and teaming capability. Ability to coach and inspire others.
Self-starter who can operate independently and move quickly from one task to another; creative problem solver, seeks "win-win" solutions; energized by challenges

Strong familiarity with technology preferred
Expert level knowledge of Windows desktop computer applications and Microsoft Office (Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills and office equipment are essential
Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical
Ability to format high level presentations and database applications

Managing and reconciling expense reports on behalf of the leaders

Takes initiative on researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes
