JOB REQUIREMENTS: Cognizant is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365skill for a full time opportunity Job Description: Microsoft Dynamics Microsoft Dynamics;Dynamics CRM;Dynamics 365;Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O;Dynamics 365 for Sales Description: *Hands on experience on D365 Commerce/retail and POS *Ability to troubleshoot the POS, payment devices *Hands on experience on the D365 F&O on the finance and SCM modules *Hands-on experience in Store POS Network/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity setup for Card Readers (Verifone or Ingenico) *Hands-on experience troubleshooting/investigating card reader devices/payment integration issues, working with stores and device vendor support *Hands-on technical expertise in installing/configuring store peripherals(card readers, printer, scanners), including POS, Access points *Flexibility of working after hours during planned POS application deployments for stores *Calls internal and external software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective devices/integration/system-level issues. *Cross-train Helpdesk analyst with updated procedures and troubleshooting guidelines. *Collects information about a problem and leads the user through diagnostic procedures to determine the source of error. *Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex issues to the supervisor or technical staff. *Strong communication (oral and written), customer service, listening, and interpersonal skills *Ability to solve problems independently and multi-task *Ability to embrace change and continuous learning. The annual salary for this position is between \$130000 - \$160000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant\'s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant\'s applicable plans.
