Position Summary:

At Springbrook, we have a heartfelt commitment to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities The Residential Manager is a creative and compassionate leader who creates a safe and serene home by setting the tone for their team of direct support professionals (DSPs), guiding them to become facilitators, mentors, and agents for meaningful choices for the people who choose to make a Springbrook home their own. Base salary begins at $58,500, with a potential starting salary of $62,500 upon qualification.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, training, scheduling and supervising Assistant Managers and Direct Support Professionals, managing all house operations including communication with family members/advocates, maintaining medication certification, and participating in on-call rotation.

What We Need:

• Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s with three or more years of experience preferred working with people with developmental disabilities

• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience required; four (4) years preferred.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

• Meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles as required.
