WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Aftermarket Product Support Specialist is a key position in our QMC Cranes Operation in Sparks, Nevada. You'll ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by fielding service calls and managing parts inquiries. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence by conducting meticulous final quality inspections on our cranes. You will also handle part sales and warranties, which includes but is not limited to processing all warranty claims.

Reporting to our Plant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the production team to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively fielding service calls and addressing customer inquiries.

• Managing parts service calls, ensuring timely and accurate resolution to meet customer needs.

• Taking ownership of field warranty issues and coordinating resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with warranty terms.

• Conducting thorough final quality inspections on cranes and meticulously reviewing checklists and specifications to ensure all work meets our rigorous standards.

• Maintaining detailed records of service calls, parts inquiries, warranty issues, and quality inspection findings.

• Traveling up to 15%.

You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced, team environment. You have demonstrated experience working with large mobile equipment, particularly cranes or similar industrial machinery. You have a strong desire to learn and grow within the crane industry, including understanding customer needs, the production process, and industry trends.
