    Position Description: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of patient access functions across our healthcare system. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless patient experiences, efficient operations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to drive continuous improvement in patient access processes and outcomes.

    The position supervises Patient Access Managers, Supervisors and other members of the team while coordinating with hospital leaders across the organization. The position interprets policies and procedures, recommends changes as appropriate, and provides feedback related to Patient Access best practices. The position maintains up to date knowledge regarding Patient Access and Revenue Cycle as well as CMP and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.

  • Min of 8 years hospital Patient Access experience and 8 years of previous supervisory experience preferred.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle is required.

  • Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Experience in patient accounting systems.
