Job Description

Machining Production Group Lead will oversee a team of 14-21 people on 2nd/3rd shift. Will be responsible for managing personnel. Will provide technical support and deal with complex problems in order to meet production schedules and requirements. Focus on productivity improvements. Will coach and mentor team members. Maintaining quality standards and solve quality issues.

Skills and Requirements

1-2 years experience in a machining role (CNC machining, tool & die with machining, working in machine shop, etc.)

Engineering degree highly preferred -- will consider someone with associates or 2-year technical degree

1+ years experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Ability to lead and motivate a team -- strong interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills and reliability

Analytical and problem solving skills

Comfortable working Off shift (2nd: 2-10 PM or 3rd: 10 PM -6AM), Monday-Friday and 2 out of 3 Saturdays mandatory , OT opportunity null
