Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Employability and Quality Assurance Specialist ​ to join our team! In this role you will provide employability/suitability recommendations on applicants and the review of background investigations annually.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare accurate and quality suitability assessments for decision in accordance with the established procedure and 5CFR Section 302.

  • Update the PeopleSoft Security module with the appropriate suitability information related to each case.

  • Coordinate with sources to resolve missing or discrepant information.

  • Review the specified percentage of investigation reports for compliance with Federal Investigative Standards and applicable implementation plans within five working days of date assigned.

  • Coordinate with branch chiefs on issues identified in record audit.

  • Document status of all issues, to include resolution, in the Quality Audit Report Tracker (QART).

  • Accurately detail information in the QART system.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active TS with SCI eligibility and ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.

  • Bachelor's degree in security or criminal justice or equivalent experience in a related field

  • 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with DISS, Scattered Castles, NP2 Portal, and QART

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience processing biometric data to include fingerprints.
