  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Art and Music Departments, managing communication, coordinating, and scheduling departmental meetings, rehearsals, and events, arranging venues, and coordinating equipment needs as necessary with student, faculty, staff, and external partners.
  • Manage administrative paperwork, including processing forms, preparing reports, maintaining organized accurate records, databases, and ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Assist the Art Gallery Director in completing necessary forms, coordinating with artists on exhibitions, and assisting with developing gallery schedule(s), event calendars, and distribution of promotional content.
  • Supervise and schedule work-study students for Art and Music departments.
  • Provide logistical support for departmental projects, performances, communication, and guest artist visits, including assisting travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, handling mail, and ordering supplies.
