We are looking for a high energy Assistant Sales Manager to join our clients Bannockburn, IL team. The Assistant Sales Manager will engage and aid the Head Sales in account and sales management with key national accounts and build new channels in our clients North American division. Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

 Manage relationships and negotiations with key national accounts

 Prepare sales presentations and proposals

 Prepare aggressive sales targets and plans for achievement

 Manage the details of the ROI for each account, including pricing, margin, costs, promotions and

forecasting

 Developing new opportunities and strategies for growing our business and increasing our

market share

 Communication with sales channels

 Amazon Performance Marketing support

 Merchandise Delivery and Tracking operation

Must Have

 1-3 years of experience in Sales (B2B preferred)

 BA Degree or higher

 Ability to manage details, appreciate complexity, and lead problem solving

 Ability to travel up to 50%

 Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

 High level of business acumen

 An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)

 Google Ads certification

 In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google

Analytics

Highly Desired

 Experience with branded consumer goods

 Computer skills including high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

 Experience developing new business with large retailer/ e-tailers

 Results oriented, self-motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities

 Experience selling to large customers such as Amazon, Costco, Home Depot ect.
