Job Summary: The Supply Chain Planner gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Creates and leads S&OP activities to drive customer satisfaction and expose internal risk Creates Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)/Capacity Modeling Drives execution to supply plans and customer commitments Key driver in projecting revenue monthly, quarterly, yearly Gives direction on production schedule based on customer commitments and priorities Maintains adequate inventory levels for WIP and FG products Plans and establishes production work schedules to meet delivery times. Works with the Sales Department to ensure internal production efforts meet the customer requirements. Establishes relationships with the customers and suppliers in pursuit of win-win results. Attends schedules or facilitates internal meetings to help establish priorities and assign tasks. Interfaces with production on a daily basis. Responsible for creating and maintaining appropriate materials work instructions per ISO requirements Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. Provides a "Customer Service" attitude when interacting with internal and external customers while accomplishing work, production, and achieving quality standards. Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workstation and environment at all times. Other duties as assigned Education and Experience: Education: College Experience: 3-5 years Bachelor's degree -Business Degree or equivalent from four-year college or commensurate work experience Highly proficient in MS Office applications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with ISO 9000 standards and GMP's Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target Able to comply with the company's safety policy at all times Able to comply with the company's quality policy at all times.
