The primary responsibility of a Resident Assistant is to provide compassionate assistance to our residents. The Resident Assistant is responsible for the delivery of nutrition to the residents and assist with other tasks such as recreational and social activities and in-house appointments.

The Resident Assistance will also answer call lights and assist with residents with personal care, grooming, changing clothes, positioning, mobility, getting out of bed, and going to bed. In addition, they may perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and greeting visitors, and provide documentation of care and assistance.
