Ensures compassionate, quality care is provided to our residents. Directly responsible for the supervision of the nursing unit Must be able to supervise the facility in the absence of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. Must promote good public relations for the unit and maintain patient confidentiality.
