Erickson Living Server Trainer- Assisted Living Setting in Warminster, Pennsylvania

Server Trainers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server trainer records beverage and food orders using a POS system, delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service. Assignments can include Serving, Busser, Runner, Meal Plater, Catering, and Utility. In addition to the duties of the server, the Server Trainer trains new servers, runners, bussers, utility, and catering staff.

Compensation: $15/hr to $20.15/hr

How you will make an impact:

  • Greets guests promptly as they arrive at their table.

  • Informs guests of specials and explains how menu items are prepared, describes ingredients and cooking methods.

  • Handles guest complaints in a positive and professional manner

  • Maintains front of the house and kitchen sanitation requirements

  • Completes bussing, runner, meal plater, utility, and catering duties as assigned.

  • This position requires the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency.

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred.

  • Previously worked in the role they are training, along with a positive review status, reports working on time, and good attendance.

  • Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers

  • Able to work weekends and holidays.
