Description We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team based in Wayzata, Minnesota. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity within the telecom provider industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing and managing all aspects of the leasing process, including day-to-day functions, meeting occupancy goals, and implementing new training strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the leasing process

• Meet and exceed occupancy goals through effective strategies

• Implement new training strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, discipline, reviews, and termination for all leasing staff

• Utilize strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team

• Identify problems and produce effective solutions based on critical thinking

• Draw from a background in sales to drive results and achieve objectives

• Utilize CRM and Microsoft Excel to manage customer information and track performance

• Use communication and customer service skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns

• Carry out billing functions and campaign planning as required. Requirements • Proficiency in using 3M

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM

• Knowledge of Management System

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with About Time

• Understanding of Billing Functions

• Experience in Campaign Planning

• Excellent Communication skills

• Strong Customer Service skills
