BMW Of North America Digital Accessory Sales Specialist in WOODCLIFF LAKE, New Jersey

The Digital Accessory Sale Specialist is responsible for providing support in shaping a compelling digital offering for US customers across the ConnectedDrive Upgrades (CoDU) and SiriusXM Digital Products within the C4-US region. This includes supporting the development of BMW//MINI Connected Drive Upgrade functions to deliver a best-in-class customer experience for the U.S. market, including its transformation to become more customer-centric.

This role is responsible for managing the roadmap for upcoming digital aftersales product launches, coordinating across internal and external partners. This role will also be the subject matter expert/ knowledge holder for all data/ sales report analysis, market analysis, dealer compensation reporting and will also provide support in the implementation, maintenance and reporting for sales and marketing programs and strategies.

Responsible for:
Act as the specialist and detailed knowledge holder for the dealer compensation reporting and lead future enhancement projects for said report.
Data/Sales Analysis, Dealer and Regional Reporting and provide support in sales forecasting.
Support the launch and implementation of new ConnectedDrive Upgrades and Digital Aftersales Products for the US Market, including regional sales initiatives.
Support maintenance of data reporting and analytics to measure sales of Dealer and Digital ConnectedDrive Upgrades Sales.
Participate in and contribute to regular meetings on Connected Drive Upgrades
Communicate through email, Teams, and Confluence channels with notifications as needed with CoDU business partners.
Prepare and maintain product requirements and documentation in various tools like Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence.
Partner with IT, Connected Drive, MyGarage, Aftersales Marketing, Engineering and other partners as needed.

Responsible to:
Help foster in the implementation, maintenance and reporting of sales & marketing programs.
Contribute to continual process improvements in team workflows.
Help foster cross-functional collaboration with internal and external business partners.
Help develop best practices to ensure a premium user experience for all CoDU and SiriusXM products.

The pay range for this role is: $74,831.00 - $87,642.00

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

3-5 Years combined experience in the following areas
Automotive Project and Process Management
IT Agile development, Confluence
Analytics and Reporting
Field/Dealer experience

Preferences:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Experience working with application development teams and engineers to deliver infrastructure solutions in a collaborative, innovative manner
Digital experience and consulting background
Excellent organization skills and highly self-motivated
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across business areas and conduct professional presentations to groups
Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment
Ability to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organization functions
Analytical skills, with experience solving problems using data and providing practical business insights
Working understanding of best practice analysis, programming and visualization techniques
Knowledge and familiarity with BMW culture and environment
